Soga Energy Team group announces the acquisition of the company CMZ SISTEMI ELETTRONICI Srl, as formalized on June 28, 2017.
CMZ Sistemi Elettronici, based in the Northeast Italy in Vascon, province of Treviso, is a leading company providing global electronic systems for industrial motion control since 1976, including hardware and software: controllers, brushless and stepless drives and motors (stand-alone, integrated and Near-by), peripherals (I/O modules and devices), HMI industrial touch panels, and libraries. The excellence in R&D can also develop a wide range of highly customized projects.
Thanks to SOGA-CMZ synergy, the Soga Energy Team group will extend its overall offering to new, complimentary and different industries and application fields, by integrating SOGA’s electromechanical know-how with CMZ’s skills in electronic technologies, to always keep creating and making Innovation for OEMs in international markets.
