These numbers would be enough to confirm the success of Soga Energy Team, an industrial group active in the energy, motion and control sectors. But if you look for a word leading the over 220 employees divided between the plants in Vicenza and Treviso provinces and the plant in Croatia, this is passion.
Passion which, starting back in 1966, prompted the then 19-year-old Lino Soga to embrace his parents‘ experience in that emerging industry, by establishing the first core of the company with the the manual production of windings for small rotors in direct current. It will take six years to get to the first special electric motors. Since then, a journey of satisfactions.
A way of working also transmitted to his sons and daughter: Enrico, today the CEO; Dania, head of HR area and environmental safety; Nicola, manager for industrialization and the Croatian plant.
